I Don't Get It
Not only that, we always have to understand them but they cannot understand us. So what for we kasihan this type of people? Don't need la. Oh yeah there was once when BJ was so upset, he blasted that most of the time it is not his problem. But me doing Sec Adm, I know out of 10 times 9 times will be his problem and he dare to say it is not his problem. Man, shame on a leader who had a burst of outcry whose team does such "fantastic job".

Next Project In Office
I know with SAS 70, I will need to be more careful with my work. That is the reason why I am making such a big fuss about all the forms that is send to me. If I don't like what I see, I just throw it back to the programmers with no face given. Why I do that? To protect myself from SAS70 and also being M-16 by my boss. Anyway bring it on SAS70. I have pass 1 PCI - DSS which is 1.1, should pass PCI - DSS 1.2 and also SAS70. Once I am experience with this, I confirm I can leave and go some where and demand better pay :P

My Life
Jason : How la to have gf like that?
Friend : Next time don't do so much
Jason : If I got gf, its not that I dump my gf, but gf dump me coz no time for her.
Friend : Yeah
See. How to have gf like that? Work also not balance. Unlike 1 friend of mine who work in this new company, at 5pm+ his boss tells his staff to go home as he wants them to have a balance life btw work and outside life. I cant believe that when my friend told me that. My boss is when you can't finish and you have a deadline he will ask us to do OT! See the difference??

Crap Talk Again
Boss : I think you are too involved
JT : Inside me was *how not too? I am 1 person, everything also need to do!*
There is a new staff that is in my office. She is here to do admin work. But the thing is I cannot pass my work to her to do as mine needs me to review it. But the other day my boss told me to pass my work to her. Damm if anything happens I will get it coz I am the Sec Adm. Even though my boss wants to lessen my burden, he is not lessening mine but he is lessening another of my friends. The reason why I am busy everyday is because thanks to dumb programmers in my office, everyday have to do backup and restore. And after doing the backup and restore, I will have to sign off so many forms. There was once they did 15 backup restore and in the end I had to sign and write my name 30 times! After that I had to tag every form with a reference number. All this I do alone. How not to be good in my work when everyday is about paper work????

Tough Week Ended
Anyway I was really worked out on Wednesday and I could not smile. I was stress man. I really don't know why I had to be like that but I was stress. My friends were still quite cool about it which is good. I guess I was work out as I had to prepare a lot of last minute things and to make sure that we have all things in place. But on Thursday I really make sure everything is in place and that I am really ready on Friday audit.
Friday Audit was good. Was really busy the whole day and was running every where to make sure everything was fine. Has to be interviewed by the auditors on our process too. But this time as it went up to 1.2, there are more things that we have to prepare. I know there will be findings for improvement, but I am not worried, with audit, we can improve our process to make sure that we are better.

DURIAN AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS?
Health Benefits of Durian
Experts even say that you can rid yourself of yeast infections such as thrush through eating the durian fruit. This is because of the durian's high iron content that helps the white blood cells in our body make specific chemicals that kill off the infection.
The durian is also packed with amino acids as well as Vitamins B, C and E and many people are even comparing the sweet custard like centre of the durian fruit to the goji berry for its high levels of anti oxidants. These anti oxidants help slow down the destruction of cells from free radicals such as pollution and smoking; in doing so, they decrease the effects of aging on the skin giving you a younger more refreshed look.
Among the amino acids found inside the durian is tryptophan. Tryptophan is essential for making and maintaining serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin is the hormone in the body that regulates our happiness. People with low serotonin levels tend to have short tempers, are often moody and suffer from depression. This means that not only will eating the durian fruit help keep your body running smoothly but it will also increase your general happiness and well being.

Tmr Audit
I know that we might be lacking here and there, but we are still trying to improve as much as we can. I know improvement can be quite a slow process, but I don't want it to be too slow or else its like showing we are not doing anything about it.

The Amazing Cucumber
This information was in The New York Times several weeks ago as part of their "Spotlight on the Home" series that highlighted creative and fanciful ways to solve common problems.
1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.
2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.
3. Tired of your bathroom mirror fogging up after a shower? Try rubbing a cucumber slice along the mirror, it will eliminate the fog and provide a soothing, spa-like fragrance.
4. Are grubs and slugs ruining your planting beds? Place a few slices in a small pie tin and your garden will be free of pests all season long. The chemicals in the cucumber react with the aluminum to give off a scent undetectable to humans but drive garden pests crazy and make them flee the area.
5. Looking for a fast and easy way to remove cellulite before going out or to the pool? Try rubbing a slice or two of cucumbers along your problem area for a few minutes, the phytochemicals in the cucumber cause the collagen in your skin to tighten, firming up the outer layer and reducing the visibility of cellulite. Works great on wrinkles too!!!
6. Want to avoid a hangover or terrible headache? Eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed and wake up refreshed and headache free. Cucumbers contain enough sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes to replenish essential nutrients the body lost, keeping everything in equilibrium, avoiding both a hangover and headache!!
7. Looking to fight off that afternoon or evening snacking binge? Cucumbers have been used for centuries and often used by European trappers, traders and explores for quick meals to thwart off starvation.
8. Have an important meeting or job interview and you realize that you don't have enough time to polish your shoes? Rub a freshly cut cucumber over the shoe, its chemicals will provide a quick and durable shine that not only looks great but also repels water.
9. Out of WD 40 and need to fix a squeaky hinge? Take a cucumber slice and rub it along the problematic hinge, and voila, the squeak is gone!
10. Stressed out and don't have time for massage, facial or visit to the spa? Cut up an entire cucumber and place it in a boiling pot of water, the chemicals and nutrients from the cucumber with react with the boiling water and be released in the steam, creating a soothing, relaxing aroma that has been shown the reduce stress in new mothers and college students during final exams.
11. Just finish a business lunch and realize you don't have gum or mints? Take a slice of cucumber and press it to the roof of your mouth with your tongue for 30 seconds to eliminate bad breath, the phytochemcials will kill the bacteria in your mouth responsible for causing bad breath.
12. Looking for a 'green' way to clean your faucets, sinks or stainless steel? Take a slice of cucumber and rub it on the surface you want to clean, not only will it remove years of tarnish and bring back the shine, but is won't leave streaks and won't harm you fingers or fingernails while you clean.
13. Using a pen and made a mistake? Take the outside of the cucumber and slowly use it to erase the pen writing, also works great on crayons and markers that the kids have used to decorate the walls!!

How to build a strong marriage by Nicky Lee
There are four principals of putting on love (4 P’s)
· Be Proactive
“...clothe yourself with kindness” (v.12)
Kindness is about doing or saying something which is an action that brings pleasure to others. In marriage, it is so easy to be reactive, for example being reactive towards conflicts. Being proactive is about focusing on each other’s needs rather than each other’s behaviour, just as Jesus came to meet our needs by dying on the cross for our sins.
Be Patience
“...clothe yourself with patience” (v.12)
Relationships are spoilt through being quick tempered and when we allow anger that is buried to become hate.
“Bear with each other ... forgive as the Lord forgave you.” (v. 13 & v.14)
However, forgiveness does not mean that one should not bother when our personal needs are not met. Instead, we need to tell our partner when we are hurt (Matthew 18). However, even when the other does not apologise, we still ought to forgive and entrust the matter to God (Romans 12).
·
Be Positive
“...be thankful” (v.15)
“...sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God” (v.16)
“...giving thanks to God” (v.17)
Negative people are hard to be around or live with. Positive people, on the other hand, are encouraging people. They express appreciation for others and the things around. Paul writes in whatever situations, there is so much to be happy about and have gratitude towards God.
One of the exercises that Nicky shared in their marriage course is that couples were asked to write down their appreciation to their partner. Through these exercise, many couples have been blessed by expressing their appreciations to one another. The more we express our appreciation, the more we will appreciate each other.
· Be Peaceful
“Let the peace of Christ rule in your heart” (v.15)
Let us be full of God’s peace so that when we have peace on the inside, it will be expressed outwardly. When God is in the centre of our marriages, love is set in order. As Christians we are God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, and from this love should flow naturally from each of us.

Breakfast at McDonald's
This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting facts!)
I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.
The last class I had to take was Sociology.
The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with.
Her last project of the term was called, 'Smile.'
The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions.
I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake, literally.
Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.
It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.
We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then even my husband did.
I did not move an inch . . . an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.
As I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.
As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was 'smiling'.
His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light as he searched for acceptance.
He said, 'Good day' as he counted the few coins he had been clutching.
The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation.
I held my tears as I stood there with them.
The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted . . .
He said, 'Coffee is all Miss' because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be warm).
Then I really felt it – the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes.
That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action.
I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray.
I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand.
He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, 'Thank you.'
I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, 'I did not do this for you. God is here working through me to give you hope.'
I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son. When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, 'That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope . . .'
We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.
We are not church goers, but we are believers.
That day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet love.
I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand.
I turned in 'my project' and the instructor read it.
Then she looked up at me and said, 'Can I share this?'
I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class.
She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.
In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald's, my son, the instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student.
I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:
UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to
LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS -
NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.
There is an Angel sent to watch over you.
In order for him/her to work, you must pass this on to the people you want watched over.
An Angel wrote:
Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart
To handle yourself, use your head . . .
To handle others, use your heart.
God Gives every bird it's food, but He does not throw it into its nest.

RM3000 is Under Poor Category
Not only that, with things getting so expensive, cars and houses are not hard to buy. Imagine with me that a house that is opposite my house is around 650K +? Can you imagine if lets say a couple with both 3K being able to pay the monthly loan? Its like if they buy the house, they are forever in debt to pay up the house. With that you cannot get anymore loans to be able to buy a car and etc. Imagine that your car is 15 years old, you will have to send your car to puspakom yearly before you can renew your road tax. So are we earning enough? No we are not.
