Yeah Yeah

My boss the other told me and another friend that our evaluation is coming soon. But to me, I honestly don't trust my boss words. Why I say this? Easy. He told me since last year that he will be getting someone to help me but till today I havent seen anything yet. So in my final words, what ever comes out from my boss mouth especially on helpers, getting items and etc I really don't believe at all. If lets say I do my evaluation, when will I get the money? I bet with yout it wont be the next month but maybe many months down the road as this company is always like that. Been here, heard enough and know the way they work.
