PWC Auditors Not That Good..

PWC audit was rubbish as it seems that their auditors does not know how to write a report! Even with proof that we have shown them, they still wrote things that look bad on us even though we have already pass PCI DSS which is the need for a company who wants to do CC business.

They even pass us a script to run which don't even work but want to challenge us even further. I guess we should never fight or argue with auditors but if your not good, belah la! haha. I guess people who will be good auditors will be those who are from technical background who knows systems really well.

But honestly I was really confident with their audit as there is no major that will look bad on us. What was the reason that it wont look bad on us? I work really hard for it and I took 3 weeks to prepare for that audit. But in the end everything was just medium and low and everything will be fixed by me.

I Need A Holiday

I really need a holiday. I mean its like working non stop and working so hard and yet I havent had time to breath. Then turn over that made me total off was when in a single week there is 2 audits. I was really burn out in preparing for PWC & PCI DSS audit. On that Monday itself, I decided to rest and chill out rather than taking thing so serious. I still remember that I only started to work nicely again at 4pm and by 530pm I left office. I guess I need to learn to have balance life as it is not all about office work.

Next thing is that programmers that goes back at 530pm and with crap quality they are still getting their increment which is major unfair. As for me I work so hard, passing so many audits which I can even name below (continue below)

I still get nothing. But my boss still can tell me to do OT if I cannot finish my work and etc. Not only that, when there are site visits, he make sure my part is the most up to date which means I need to work on Saturday and Sunday which is not right. But like I say, so much sacrifices, what do I get? NOTHING. But I get experience and with that experience, I hope to leave and get a better pay some where else.

Someone Peeping @ Me

Even when I practice in church choir, there will be this girl turning back to have the fast look at me. In another terms it is called curi curi tengok. In 2 hours practice, she can turn back and look at me like 5/6 times.

10years ago which is 1999 and when I was way much younger, there was this girl who likes me too. I was singing for my church Easter choir back them. We will be both up on the cross and she will turn her head backwards and upwards to look at me as I will be standing on higher platform. But in the end I didn't get to know this girl as I didn't even say hi or get to know her.

Back to the topic of this year, even if this girl might be younger than me a lot or a little bit, I would like to know her :)

I Am Thinner Now

The other day when I was having my choir practice and we were all standing with different teams, this uncle talk to me.

Nat : * hits me on the back*. What happen to you? Getting Thinner
Jason : stress ler uncle.
Nat : *rubs me back coz he say he hit me too hard*

Yeah I guess that is the truth. I am getting thinner. The reasons are because when my parents are not (as in they go for short holiday) around I simply eat. When I mean simply eat is really simply eat. What I will eat is as below

1. Burger
2. Bread
3. At times don't eat
4. Biscuits with Milo.

So the food on top is not healthy. Then I loose weight. So the secret to loosing weight? Simply eat and you will know. But it works for me, but not sure for you :P

There Are So Much Needs Out There

If you really take a step back and just take a look around, you will see that there are actually so many needs that are around us. This is something that we cannot lie to ourself and say "got meh" or even "I don't see any". I wish at times when I have so much money I can like just meet their needs. But I guess at times we don't need to go far hoping that we earn millions or etc. Just a contribution will bring them (anyone who needs it) joy and will bring joy to your ownself as you can give to bless others :)

This Is Crap From SL

I honestly starting to feel damm sick about programmers. Their AMS boss can just pluck some stories from the sky and write an email to be against people. I mean yeah since his whole team sucks like don't know what (practically everyday send backup restore to fix bugs) so it shows how great is their quality is. That was how I got framed by this AMS boss. But I am so smart enough to have facts on my side to win the war. And oh yeah I just love to see the reply of their boss. He was so furious. Such a loser for a Team Head. Man he should know how suck his application and his team is. He better stop doing all the crap job and start to build a team that has more caliber that always saying I don't know (even their Team Lead says so too). How? After 6 more months then find another job lor.

Starting To Feel Fedup

I am starting to feel fedup always doing technical support for free. I am excluding office work here. My mum's friend always calls me when his laptop hit error. If I want, I would like to charge a fee for driving there and also fixing the problem. But the thing now is I am always doing this for free. I guess if it is other people, they won't give a damm about others problem. Maybe it is time I learn how to avoid this type of help :P

I Don't Get It

One thing I don't get is that my boss always kasihan BJ team. He always say that they lack of staff and they have a lot of things to do and etc. I am not sure why my boss does that. I for one example is always lack of staff. I have to do a lot of things but does my boss or evenBJ team care? No they don't. Their problem is always my problem, my problem is my problem. So why bother kasihan other people team when their team can make 2 of our teams? And because their quality is so BAD, their application always hit error. Even simple logic they cannot do. The other day the system went nuts as the application kept on sending request as their application does not know how to return back acknowledgement. See why I suffer?

Not only that, we always have to understand them but they cannot understand us. So what for we kasihan this type of people? Don't need la. Oh yeah there was once when BJ was so upset, he blasted that most of the time it is not his problem. But me doing Sec Adm, I know out of 10 times 9 times will be his problem and he dare to say it is not his problem. Man, shame on a leader who had a burst of outcry whose team does such "fantastic job".

Total Problematic

Well check out the picture. Cute isnt it? But guess what? Panda really sucks. Their product give me more problem than any good. Can you imagine that this antivirus can screw up your servers? It can change alot of settings that you wish it doesnt. But really take it from me, don't use their products. You can install the antivirus from a console but u cannot delete it! Not only that, the engineer will ask u to modify some of the settings of the file before u can delete it. Hey come on, who on earth will know all this? From my experience with TM or Symantec, I can remove it anytime by a click. So shame on you Panda!

Next Project In Office

There is this thing that we are going to do which is SAS 70 audit. The thing is my boss keep on making us like freak out by saying that we don't have so much stuff in place and we need to becareful and etc. Honest I am sick of having negative words. So what if we dont have things in place? Have we failed any audit before? NO! Why? Coz when it comes to audit, I will work my @ss out to make sure things are in place as most of the audit is about documentation. I know the main person doing this project is HOPELESS and he always talks crap and he will just push the work around to get it done and he will get the credit.

I know with SAS 70, I will need to be more careful with my work. That is the reason why I am making such a big fuss about all the forms that is send to me. If I don't like what I see, I just throw it back to the programmers with no face given. Why I do that? To protect myself from SAS70 and also being M-16 by my boss. Anyway bring it on SAS70. I have pass 1 PCI - DSS which is 1.1, should pass PCI - DSS 1.2 and also SAS70. Once I am experience with this, I confirm I can leave and go some where and demand better pay :P

My Life

My life from the 15th Nov onwards will be busy with Church activities and work. Its all about choir practice, cg, work and sleep. The other day when I was chatting with my friend on msn was this :

Jason : How la to have gf like that?
Friend : Next time don't do so much
Jason : If I got gf, its not that I dump my gf, but gf dump me coz no time for her.
Friend : Yeah

See. How to have gf like that? Work also not balance. Unlike 1 friend of mine who work in this new company, at 5pm+ his boss tells his staff to go home as he wants them to have a balance life btw work and outside life. I cant believe that when my friend told me that. My boss is when you can't finish and you have a deadline he will ask us to do OT! See the difference??

I Am A Naughty Boy

One day during practice for Choir, I was really naughty. Check it out

HL : Tenor sing your part
Guys : *they started to sing but I didn't as it was wrong. It was meant to be soft too*
HL : Why so weak?Sing with power.
Jason : Coz its suppose to be soft.

That is when everyone begin to laugh (the whole room which has Sop, Alto, tenor, bass). Aunty HL then point on me and use her finger and hor hor me :P haha. I knew I had to do that to cover for my team. After that Roland told the tenor members that since they wanted someone happy, I was there as I am a true joker that brings jokes to people to make them laugh and enjoy themself. That is who I truly am. The nottie boy. Anyway this was a msg that my friend wrote to me the other day on this incident :

"What do u mean quite notty? Weren't u VERY notty? Haha.. n which notty are u talking about? The part where u answered aunty hung lan or the part where u bullied me??"
