So Many Programmers Leaving

At my side, there are many season programmers that are leaving my company. I mean they can leave as there is no bonus in this company. So if they leave also there is not much impact. But some or shall I say most of them already receive their increment. I know this time is not so much but at least something is better than nothing. But for me even as I check around, it seems that my type of skill set is more towards the S'porean market. Really wonder why it is like that. But I guess in the next 6 months I will try to make sure everything is in place then only I will continue my search but I will still keep my eyes open for others too :P
