My Wife Fell FACE FLAT

Feb 26th is my parents CG. As usual my sister husband always want to use my best guitar. After taking out the guitar, someone ask him to play standing up and he pass my guitar to that person who put it on the guitar stand and he didn't put it nicely and my guitar just fell face flat. Honest, heart sick and I was not happy. I screamed when my guitar fell face flat. That guitar cost me a lot of money mind you! If my neck break straight away, I will ask them to pay me back directly! Maybe my sister hubby better go get his own better guitar than touching my guitar(s). Anyway there is a chip on my guitar bridge. Man to fix it will be quite costly too. I guess when I fix it, I will send it for a full setup once again. Who pay? Me. Who spoil it? Not me. Is it equal? No.

Anyway my sis hubby still can joke that I should get that uncle to pay for it. If I wasn't happy, I would have screwed his ass all the way as it was because of him this happen to my guitar. He even told me he will get a bridge and fix it for me. Damm he screwed my 1st guitar (that I don't really care) and now he wants to fix my guitar too? He even say the bridge don't need to be glued. Who say? If you don't glue it, it will move when you play.

So there is 2 moral tips from the story

1. Never let other people touch your expansive gear
2. Don't act smart when you don't know anything
   

Green Tea Ice Cream

Danielle was always telling me that she goes to Curve to eat Green Tea Ice Cream and I decided to go there and try it and it really taste good. Taste something different. It is not like how u drink green tea and you have the green tea taste. This icecream taste different. Anyway wonder where is the shop? It is beside Watson, you can see the icecream machine outside the shop and it will cost u rm2.90 a cone.

NBA ALL STAR

I was lucky to be able to catch NBA all star on the 15th. Man the way they play is really madness. The best is especially the 4th Quarter which everyone was going at each other and in the last 2 minutes, there were so many time out called. In the end West won by 2 points thanks to a double free throw from Chris Bosh. But really it was so cool to watch them strut their stuff, flying from every where, doing dunks, steals, airwalk and many more. I still remember last year I only could watch all star from office by watching the life scores without watching them playing which is not fun at all.

A Magic Show

The other day when I was in my cousin's house, my cousin decided to show a lil magic show to my uncle kids. It was actually a tin can with less water that can stand on itself. So after my cousin showed the trick, all 3 kids look at me and I was wondering why. I then knew they wanted answers.

A New Guitar?

Since I started to become a freak in playing, which I really practice very long hours during CNY, I decided that MAYBE this year I will get a new guitar. I know that I told some of you that I won't get a guitar, but after trying some other guitars which rocks, I might think I will get it. But which guitar? I am currently still unsure. But there are many guitars on the list. I don't need the top most quality as it will just damage my pocket. If I earn 10K a month then can la :P

Chinese New Year Makan's

Well I decided to write on what I ate and where I ate during CNY.

1. Thursday, 11/2/10, ate in Taman Paramount with the whole group of EX Aeon. Had about 7 dishes (or 8).
2. Reunion dinner in Sri Petaling. Had 9 dishes. This was madness eating. By the 5 dish I cannot eat already as every portion came out so darn big. In the end we tapao the last couple of dishes back.
3. Reunion dinner with my cousin and uncle. Ate Korean food in Solaris. Have to admit it tasted GOOD, but FREAKING EXPENSIVE. Why I say that? The amount of rm50 that my cousin took out and pay the bill is madness.
4. Sunday had lunch in an aunty house. Didn't eat much. Didn't eat dinner also.
5. Monday was kind of fasting day for me. Didn't really eat much. The only time I ate was at my cousin party at 6pm. But food that was served there was nothing special and so so only. It was in bangsar, in a place called banquet.
   
6. Tuesday spend nearly the whole day with leezee. She was going to go home to aussie soon, so I decided to spend some time with her. Watch some weird shows and did some laptop stuff with her and her bro.

A Guitar Freak Again

Man I am now such a guitar freak. Ever since I was challenged to play by someone, I started to practice more to show that I am better than him. It is like wanting to pay back in revenge but I GUESS this is a good way. Its like provoking one another to do better in what we have already started. During CNY, I really took a lot of time to sit down in front of my computer to watch how they play on clips. Really manage to learn some new stuff which I never learn before. So watch out, here I come :P

God Is Always Good

Just want to share this even though small, but I am really thankful.

1. I was heading to Damansara Perdana the other day and parking was hard to find as I wanted to get my guitar bag. Near Guitar Store or can I say opposite Guitar Store, there was a parking LOT waiting for me!
2. The next day we headed for lunch in SS2 and since it was a Thursday, many people were flocking SS2 for last minute shopping and it was jam and suddenly a dude decided to come out from his parking and I got a parking.

With this 2 small things, God be all the Glory

Awe In One Picks

The other day when I played for parents cg, I decided to take out 2 picks which is my all time favorite Ibanez PG pick and Awe In One Pick. After playing a while the Ibanez pick jz slip off my hands and went flying on the floor but I manage to continue with fingers for a little while before picking up the other pick.

Man the feel of this pick is nice. And the grip is tight. It wont slip. I do recommend this pick for you all to try out. I know most of you use like Jim Dunlop, Planet waves or other picks out in the market but just give 1 pick a try and you will know what I am talking about.

There was once when he told me that he was always busy with his work and running here and there to visit customers and at times he didn't have the time to reply my sms too and I thought to myself he was doing fine. But from what he told us, the company wants to demote him to become a technician only and that will demote his pay too. But the thing is I wonder if he is really that good in his work. Reason for this is because last time he got into the same trouble too. Anyway a couple of conversation with my friends about the same topic.

Mr Ng : If you are good in the stuff that you do, you will be untouchable.
JT : I agree..

Person : You think you might be performing but according to the company you are not
JT : I agree

Story Teller

The other day when I went to my cousins house for Chinese new year, this is what his daughter told me to tell her stories. I was shocked. I asked her if I told her stories before and she said yes. So I asked her what I told her before and she repeated what I told her quite some time ago.

After food, she was always around me, anyway she is just 12 years old and MAYBE (I am not fanning myself here) she like guys as she has a younger brother but he is only 5 years old. So I asked her what she wants and if she wanted stories and she told me yes. So I told her a couple of stories to keep her entertain and the next thing I know, I had to go home already. So am I a story teller? Yes I am :P

Tropicana City

Just want to share what happen when I was in Tropicana City. It was nothing major but something caught me when I was leaving the parking lot. As you know that when you spend rm30 in carrefour, you are able to get the 1st 2 hours parking for free. Anyway my bill was rm30.**. I got my ticket stamp by the counter and when I was on my way out, I could not exit the car park. Reason is because after the ticket has been stamp, you need to validate the parking ticket on the machine before exiting. So this is for your information people :)

Trainee Really Bad

In January 2010, we had 2 more trainees that came to SL to do their Industrial Training. I actually spoke to them on the 1st day and also to tell them to learn a lot of stuff them self. But they will not listen. These 2 are pakar facebook. All the time when I pass them, they will be surfing facebook like practically the whole day. Not only that, on the 1st week, they started to download using office line to the MAX till even websites which are only text cannot even open.

Anyway their skills are really bad. They don't even know how to do file sharing. For them to figure that out it took them 3 days and when they can't do it, they will go back to facebook without doing any research on how to get things done. Anyway we had the 3rd session talk with them and they till never change. There is a dude who told me he wanted to learn linux and I told him go ahead and after 1 week of so called "learning", I asked him to show me what he knows (I don't know linux that well too) and he errrr and he showed me some commands that I know and I told him that was all basic and he could not show me more.

Honest they don't have the heart to learn and what a friend of mine told me, forget about them as they don't have it to learn so let it be. I have to admit that from the 1st batch of trainee that came till now it is getting worst.

In My Dad's CG

We had an honorable guest on my dad cg about 2 weeks ago and it was Pr Daniel. The reason he came was to talk and to share with a group of people who were hurting. And during that day I decided to sit in the whole session of the CG and to hear and learn stuff from our Pastor himself. There were many questions asked to him and the way he answered it shows how he put things and give you the answers rather than if you ask some people some questions they just tembak it. It was a great time I have to say that day for having him in my parents cg.

Someone

There was once this person ask me to blog about her. Well her wish did come thru but quite late. Not sure what to blog about you but will try. I know this girl during Chritmas presentation. I mean I didnt really know her till the day she decided to tap my should during my friends wedding. The paiseh thing is people know my name even her which was not fair but fair coz I was the nottie boy in practice.

Anyway this girl is darn tall for her age. Scary BUT TRUE. She is only 15 this year but she is at least 5 feet 7 half? She don't look like 15 years old too. She looks like 19? She is just the same as me, small frame but tall. She is a nice girl too if you know her well and she loves to eat green tea ice cream in curve (unsure why).

SOL Done So Far

Well to update. Now I really On for SOL LVL 2. So Far completed as below

I am just lacking 3 more and I am done. I am targeting to finish my Beatitudes hopefully this week and the rest will come into place. I really want to grad by this year as I have been postponing in doing my homework for like 2 years? No more waiting, must head on already.

Challenging Me?

On Saturday, my mum suddenly ask me to come out and play guitar with my sis hubby. The thing is my mum thinks I cannot play guitar at all. It is just that I REFUSE to play for their CG coz its like not my CG and they always sing off tune. So thats when my mum told me to play with them and I strut my stuff NON STOP. My sis hubby kept on telling me to have a few songs in the head which in my head, I have damm many songs and I can play non stop. After a while I just walk off as I knew no point to continue coz I know what I can do is more than enough even though I am not professional.

What Month Is It Now?

Guys, Girls,

Take some time to think and reflect. What month is it now? Don't you think things are moving too fast? To me it is. Story

The other day my friend told me this.

Person : JT, ask you something.
JT : Yeah shoot (while eating biscuit for breakfast).
Person : Dev side got fridge?
JT : Don't have, they use ours. Why?
Person : You know that day someone kept something inside the fridge
JT : Oh is it? Whats they keep?
Person : A biscuit?
JT : What biscuit?
Person : P**k biscuit.
JT : How you know? Who told you?
Person : The owner told the SOMEONE about it and SOMEONE went and found out its p**k.
JT : What? How to confirm?
Person : Someone saw the thing that was wrap out and has that word.
JT : Who is that person?
Person : Don't know (no names given to me).

What I want to say is this, when you deal with them, you cannot have things that goes against them as it will be deem unclean to them. For this case, if there is a fridge there, they want to change the fridge.

Just to share further was this. Last time when I study diploma, 3rd world country people bought and ate p**k in my hostel and the bones we found out by those who wash the plates. Next thing I know there was an emergency meeting with "them". I then ask my friend what happen and he related the whole story to me. They had to wash the plate, fork, spoon and cup with their "water" to cleanse the plates.

Greedy

Well my office have a security guard. The other day when the cleaning company came and gave us mandrin orange, the security guard happily open the box and whack 15 oranges. We who were inside didnt even know that the orange came. We only knew when the guard offered the orange to 1 of our staff. So we went out and take in the rest and found 15 missing.

Last time when my friend bought for me ice cream which was in a box of 6, the whole box just went missing in 2days. I didn't even get a chance to even touch the box or even see the box (truth). 2days later when I went to check the fridge, there was no sign left of anything.

Last time when the trainee from development side came and gave me donut which was put inside the fridge, it went missing on the same night. Next day I work I went to check the fridge it was GONE.

I guess that time when I was talking about the fridge story, she wanted to check the biscuit and even try it. I guess bottom line again. Please respect people stuff. If it is not yours just don't touch it. I have to say some people might MIND some might not. If you piss those who MIND all I can say is "ALL THE BEST"

My Guitar Buzzing

Man after SOMEONE modified my guitar, my guitar is now buzzing when it is being strum really hard. The reason why SOMEONE modified my guitar is because my sister wanted a folk guitar as she wants to learn guitar but SOMEONE don't want to buy a folk guitar. So I can say that my guitar is now being a testing item for SOMEONE. SOMEONE even bought a strap for me even though the strap that I have is better (quick release). I actually hate it when the strap is tied to the neck of the guitar as it will always slip. Anyway I don't really use that guitar anymore so what ever testing that any 1 wants to do can carry on.

How To Figth Fire

The other day when I was coming back from lunch and was passing by section 13, there was a double story house on fire. The good thing was many people were there. Sad thing was no 1 did ANYTHING. Even the cops were there at that time. When my friend was passing by the house from a far, we could see that the right and left hand house roof was already smoking.

Anyway time to teach you all something that I learn last time. When there is a house on fire, if there is a hose in the house, spray the water on the roof of the house on the right and left and not into the house on fire (if got extra ok la). Why you might wonder? Heat travels upwards. When heat gets trap on the roof it will cause the roof and structure to burn. So by spraying water on the roof it will at least cool the surroundings a little bit. I know there might be people saying, how much can you do? I guess it is better to try to do a little bit rather than doing nothing at all.

In the end the roof of the 3 houses cave in according to my friend who went there to take a look. So this are the tips I can give you. Oh yeah, another thing is when you go traveling, off all plugs and pluck it out from the socket. It is a lot safer that way for you and your house.

Real Story

The other day when I went to my friends party, this is the conversation I had with Alvin.

Alvin : You know what? My friend died of heart attack @ the age of 21
Jason : What? Really? How come?
Alvin : That dude heavy smoker and drinker and drinks HEAVY Drinks everyday.
Jason :Wow, really wasted.
Alvin : Yeah..


So people, don't think that older people will have heart attack. We can too!
