Haha, yeah the topic is right. That day when I called to talk to 1 person, the phone went thru the customer service. Check it out

Anyway after that I reported the issue. Not sure if that person got caught or not. If he did, surely he will die as it will cost him his job. Don't care la who I am but lucky I am not the customer or else surely it will be ugly..
