Getting Deaf & Bad Eyes Sight

At a young age, I think my hearing is getting bad. At times I cannot hear what people is trying to tell me. I guess I need to cut down on noise coming into my ear. OK I have to say that I love to on music quite loud at times especially when no 1 is around the house. I guess that has already contributed to my hearing loss.

I guess due to working to much with computers, my eyes now have gone down too. I guess I need to chill from the computer after my work. But I know I cant as I need to check external emails from home.
