Tired!!
Work has been quite tiring this couple of days. I am now in charge of the documentation for Bank Negara audit. Everyday my work in office is documents documents and documents. That is the only thing that I do nearly everyday for the last couple of days. I was actually very piss yesterday as I was rushed for the documents to be finished yesterday. The best part is I need to do many sections on my own.
I was angry was because most of the part had to do from scratch. Most of my friends knew I was pissed and stressed. Some of them even offered to help me but they can't as they don't know how to do it. One of the best part of the documentation is I have to find the amount of users whose ID was created for the last 3 months and staff who resign for the last 3 months. I had to type all those stuff myself and use a system that is total trash to create all those documents that I needed.
I work till quite late yesterday. But my boss decided to belanja us Japanese Food buffet. We reach the place like 845pm and the place will close at around 10pm. When I was there, I was shcoked to see the amount of food that the place has. The name of the shop is called Shazaki (if i am not wrong). We ate a lot but there were many dishes that we didn't get to eat as time was really short on us (not fair). But in the end we had many rounds of food and we ate till we can vomit as we didn't really get to enjoy it by eating it slowly. I have to say the food was really good. Thanks Boss for the dinner!!!!!!!!
This Morning I had to rush the documents as the documents was to be ready by 10am. In the end I could not finish the documents by 10 and it was drag till 12pm. I had to thank my classmate who really help me alot during this time as he help me scan documents which is not there. I had to also change a lot of word documents to PDF files. Even though my pc is running on Pentium D with 1GB of ram, my pc still runs like a turtle. No matter what, I have to finish all the documents by Friday as they want to compile it for Bank Negara to audit us soon.
There is another thing I need to say is my evaluation came out quite ok. I got 18 marks out of 25. Overall I guess it was good. I can say that my boss is quite happy with my performance so far. The only thing I slack behind is handing up work on time. I have to learn that a lot to focus on my work and deliver everything on time. If you all surely think I will get a big increment, sorry to say my company don't give increment when the staff is confirm

You must have feel that " Thanks God that everything is over now". But I think that's just a start..more will be coming SOON...real SOON..I'm not sure about MIS, but I know that the whole company is going to a pace that needs to grow very very fast. Which in other words, more and more users. Bingo!! More and more complaints coz slow server!!
Anyway, I totally agree on the increment part. I got my confirmation letter, but no increment letter, Then I asked my boss, he said he had submitted, but management don't agree..haiz..wat a company.
our company grow to fast la...i tell u the system 1 day surely will die wan ler...
anyway they are going to modify the system very soon but dont knw how soon also ..haha :P
