I am A Nottie Boy

I guess most of you know that I am a very naughty boy. I play jokes a lot on people and even to my sister's baby. Many times I have already kacau my sister's baby by eating nice smelling food infront of her like "char siew pao" with coke n many more. She wants to eat as I can see that and she keeps on calling out and keep on staring at me.

I guess if she is bigger she would have hantam me up the wall already. But since she is still little, I will continue to bully her :p I am not that bad, but deep down I really love kids a lot. God has given me this skill which is I can interact with everyone (people i know or don't know). This people can be kids, YA, adults. I really love kids to the max, I really do. I love to hear them talk. Its just so fun then when you talk, they will really listen to what you have to say.

I guess I am going off topic, and I am going off also now.

Exam Repeat

When I was in form 2, the exam question for karangan was leaked out to the students who the teacher thought BM tuition. On the original paper I was extremely happy with the questions as I saw a question that I did in my tuition center and at my tuition center I manage to score 26 marks out of 30.

So during the exam I wrote back the same thing that I wrote in the tuition center. The best part was on the day before our exam over, there was an announcement to all the form 2 students saying there will be a repeat of karangan paper without / with any reasons (not sure got or not). All of us were damm piss off and after that we heard who were the students, those from the lower class wanted to whack those students (if i am not wrong was students from balau till penaga). There were some students who even went up to them and scolded them.

Anyway we still had to sit for the resit and the questions were even harder no thanks to the teacher and the students. On my resit paper, I only manage a 18/19 but I still remember it was less than 20. My original paper that came back with a high of 25 marks. We actually even told our class teacher let them fail but the school decided not to do so, so the rest of us have to suffer.

My Direct Boss Leaving Too

Oh man,when I just thought ppl will stop leaving, my direct boss told me she is leaving soon too and she has already tendered. What on earth is happening to the company? But a senior who works there told me ppl will come in a lot and go out a lot at the same time. They exit a lot after they get their bonus. Now people tell me I will get promoted. Well I don't want humans to say I will get promoted but I want God to tell me that he will promote me. But now I am starting to feel the heat coz people start to ask me more things on systems and etc. I guess I will really need training on tivoli, Stonegate, Cisco Pix and other security devices.

God you really need to help me learn all this or even more in my time in this company

Transformers

I went and watch transformers today. It was a happening show from the start till the end. All I can say is I started to watch this cartoon when I was really small and there were so many robots in it till I cannot remember them today. I still remember there are dinobots and the main transfomers group. All I can say is watch the show if you haven't and you will not regret. I got this wallpaper by finding it on the net too.

SE K750I

I think one day I will end up buying the handphone as below. It is a SE K750I. I know it is alot cheaper now and I think I will continue to wait till it really drops. Once I buy this phone, there will not be anymore changing handphone till this handphone decides to leave planet earth. If you all have friends who sells this handphone (new) maybe you all can tell me how much it really cost.

People Leaving Company

Yeah the topic is right, people has been started to leave the company. The turn over for MIS is like WOW. No kidding. This 2 months, there are more than 5/6 staff that resign. Well currently we are really short of people in the team and I now need to do support. But I guess most of you know that if I can assist the person, I will go all out to help the person. I have to say that with my abilities, I really want to help every one to make sure they can really work nicely. I am actually giving my best to help as many branches if I can.

OK back to story, many programmers have left, the gal that join my team left in 1 month, 1 network fella left on saturday, another 1 will be on Thursday / Friday, 1 network fella trying to get a new job to leave soon, 1 BISS team member left. According to 1 of my friend, there will be 3 more people leaving, but this 3 person leaving I am not sure at all about it.

Why are people leaving? Well the HOD should actually find out that she is the reason why people are leaving. She treats her Application team so nicely but to the system administrators, network team and SOO she treats us like trash. The reason is extremely simple, we SA don't bring in money but we only know how to spend money on new system. But then again, without people like us, even you might have the best programmers, your application wont work without us.

The part that I don't like is when I work really hard for the ISO with the rest of my gang (Jason, Allen, Me, Kieng Weng, Jing Kai, Chin Wei, Derrick) which mean we do overnight and we make sure HQ is as ready as possible, the HOD can thank our team 1st, then she thank the rest who make it possible (which mean the application team which did nothing). There was actually NO REST OF THE PEOPLE. That is why now at times I wonder why I work so hard. That is why now the UAR takes longer time to do as I am considered demotivated as the pay sucks and your not being appreciated. I think it is about time the company review back what they have done to all the staff. It is not easy to find replacement and it will be worst if people tell how bad the company is........

ISO Story

Our ISO audit was actually 2 weeks ago or 1 week ago. I can't really recall when it was. All I remember it was on a Thursday and Friday. All I remember is that they kept on asking us to disable user who haven't log into the system for 1 week to be disabled. The best part is that we have to disable all the user backdated till 2005. I was really piss on that day is because they kept on rushing me for UAR creation. Many people got blasted by me on that Friday itself. Anyway the audit was a success and we got our reward as our boss belanja us to Madam Kwan (KLCC) dinner. The food was good and it was overeating. I guess thats all for ISO

High School Musical Lyrics

The name of the song is We're All in This Together. Currently it is my favourite song. I manage to catch this show in Disney Channel when I was in IPOH. As most of you know I love songs and vocals, this song caught me straight away. Last time Liz told me this was a nice show and I thought it was only meant for kids till I watch the nearly ending part of the show. Great show to me as it is full of music. This song teaches me about teamwork and without support we wont be able to do it. It spoke to me about my office work that my office mates (the dream team I can say) work really hard to make things at the very best. But even though we are not appreciated, I don't really care as I know my friends and I work out hardest and for the company's best but its not been recognize. Not only that our pay is just too pathetic.

GPS

All I can say is dont fix GPS that is from AAM. The reason is simple. After fixing on my parents new car, the car now have alot of problems. One of the problems is the car aircond dont work anymore, the radio dont work and I am not sure what other things dont work. According to the car where my parents got the car, they say the computer system in the car has already got fried.

AAM does not have the latest technology when it comes for new cars and they will find the solution after they screw up something. I am not trying to be bad to bad mouth them but their specialist also dont have the solution. I mean if you are going to have a product, you need to know what is the DO and DONT's.

So my final words, if you are going to get a new car, and you want the GPS to be fix, dont go to AAM for your own safety. They are going to pay for the damage they have done for my car, but once it is done, I feel that my car wont be the same anymore. It is a new car and it is like already spoilt.

Ipoh

Was in IPOH on the 29th till 2nd. It was really a good trip just that we need to work really hard to make sure that the branch is prepared for the ISO. Like said I was well taken care of when I was in Ipoh just that my friend didnt get a chance to bring me out for a drink :( I manage to eat "Nga Choi Kai" when I was there too. It was quite tasty just that I was extremely thristy after taking that meal.

Overall Ipoh branch was ready but when I got back from Ipoh on Monday, they brought us out for another lunch before sending us off to the bus stop. On that day it was my 1st time eating pork satay too. The best part of the satay is that the person will bring it to your table and if you cannot finish, you will just need to pay for the amount of sticks that you have taken. I guess it was a well worth trip there.

Drinking Bottled Water Kept in Car

Hi ladies, just wanted to let you know some VERY important information!. This information was given to me by my husband and I know all the ladies in my life should know and please forward it to all the ladies in your life. My husband has a friend whose mother recently got diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctor told her women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car. The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink that water bottle that has been left in a car and pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us!!!!
