PR (My Own Theory)

One of the days when Lixia was still in KL and we were heading to this shop in TTDI for breakfast. Then we were talking about PR or in another words that if we can carry ourself nicely / talk to others when we are working / other countries. My theory is fairly simple. If we stay in PJ we should be ok. But this is not meant for all. Not everyone who stays in PJ will have a good PR. But then again at times people think having PR means ur stuck up. But nope its not true but its about being able to suit in any place any time without any problems :)
