Playing Guitar

Playing guitar has been really bad. Even when that day I did worship, could not really play that well, but now I don't feel like playing so hard anymore or shall I say full strumming. At times I just play the note down stroke once and in btw I will put in some strumming. But I admit, playing guitar at standing up is ext hard. Not use to it. When I play sitting down, I can do more on the guitar rather than standing up. Its all because it is then level the guitar is and when I practice most of the time sitting down so its A LOT EASIER than standing up and play. I have to say I respect those who can play standing up. Respect you guys a lot!
