Cacat
Man my cough has make me a cacat boy. I can't even lead worship nicely due to my cough. I will only cough when I am in a cold place(server room, very cold aircond, office aircond) or at times direct under the fan. When the place is warm then I am fine. If there are doctors reading my blog, please tell me what is wrong with me. I havent seen the doc yet, I actually want it to go away itself without taking medicine. I believe my lungs are weak, but any 1 who knows anything, say something.

try this recipe:
Drink warm water always. Dont get urself directly contacted with both fan and air-cond. Eat less unhealthy food like PIZZA and CHICKEN Wing..oh gush..u can really eat!!Then, if can, sleep without air-cond and drink at least a BIG cup of warm water once wake up everyday coz this really warms up ur whole body..and MOST important: DO EXERCISE!! KL ppl juz claim tat they dont have time for exercise!! I juz dont believe tat coz ulu ppl work also mar!!
Though I'm not a doctor and my prescription is like not of professional leve, but hope it works on you. Boy, u're too young to get this alergy!
but it is hard to run from aircond esp from the server room..u get full blast of it man.......
nice mar eat chiky wingy and pizza..its healthy la :p and it is yummy too..i kwn la u miri folks eat fruits that are planted only rite?then u all go and hunt for meat :P
i drink normal temp water in the morning ...do exercise? 2weeks nv do adi ler......
i cant be having this cough anymore ler...it really makes it harder for my vocals to come out nicer....its true....coz when the best is to come out then i cough..
If u like chicken so much, u juz have to bear with ur cough. Mom told me tat sick ppl cannot eat chicken and eggs..
Have you try to drink warm water early in the morning? Try it. Really helps...if can add some salt to it.
Still can't believe tat u can sing.

Actually...my plot to kill tat SOMEONE is not a history...its still present tense lar, BOSS!!
