RNR

We had our RNR and I have to admit, when my team member won the award, everyone from different teams asked me what was his contributions towards the team / work. But honestly I cannot answer that and I have to again admit, the reason why he is given the award is so that he will stay and not resign from the company. In another way it is kinda of a bribe given to him. So is it really good? Nope I don't think so as I my team / team member does not deserve the award at all.
