So Fast??

There is a new gal that came in office and join my team. On the 2nd day she asked me a question that really shocked me. She ask me "if you resign who do you give ur letter too"? I was really shocked that she ask me on her 2nd day of work. On her 3rd day which was yesterday, my friend told me she threw her letter. I was not shocked cause I was quite prepared for it.

The reason why she left was she felt stress when she saw that I had a lot of work to do and a lot of support to do. I wonder why people will feel stress when I am working? Her other reasons were the department was noisy, the due dates for work, the projects that is coming and many more. Her last job was a software tester and her working environment was totally different from AEON. IT was really quite as doing software testing is to find the bug of the software and tell the software creators.

I knew she went thru culture shock and I feel this kid is a spoil kid as she cant handle stress. Actually I feel being a software tester your life is a lot easier and it is NOT HECTIC at all. Once you shift to a different environment you will surely see stars. If she is not prepared for different environment, forever she will not grow from her comfort zone. But I guess every person is different. Everyone can have a certain level to handle stress and etc.

If people ask me if I am stress at my work, I say yes and no. I have to learn how not to make it become stress as stress will only kill me. I don't want my work to kill me but I rather let myself enjoy my work with the friends who are there to help each other. I believe work is about friendship and learning from each other and helping each other.
