I confirm I will get my USD 50 for being top 10 in answering questions in the IT Forum. Easy way to earn money again. But I still want my USD 20 that they owe me since last year. They haven't given me yet. If I have both I will have USD 70 to go shopping on amazon *yahoo*

One of my office friends got sacked as he went MIA for a couple of weeks. He 1st say that he was on MC then after that he had some troubles with his university and his certificate and he didn't come back to office anymore. So lets stay tune for the latest news

Mosquito

Why is it when the mosquito bites your leg it is so itchy? I really wonder why. Is it because it is soft skin or something? Imagine at night you are sleeping then there is some mosquito go bite your leg and you will always be scratching practically the whole night

Friends Late Daily

In my team there is a development team and there is 4 people in this team. The thing is 3 person out of 4 will be late daily. One example, they tell me they go back late so they come in late and the other day when I went back later than them, I found out they go back at around 6 or 615 and the next day they come in @ 10 or 1030am!

I mean this is really not fair as if you do OT means you are the problem and you don't know how to prioritize your work. They told me because they work longer means they can come in later. But last time or even now when I do OT, I still come in the same time the next day. I guess there is starting to be a feeling of unfairness by me and a friend of mine. But what can I do? Nothing. They still win team award the other day. Well for everyone note, to the perspective of those dudes from macha land, if you work longer hours and you can be doing nothing, you are actually performing. 

My Birthday Towel Missing

My birthday was many months ago. Anyway each staff will actually get a towel from my current company and a birthday card but mine went missing. Till today I didn't get my towel and my card and I guess it is GONE

Core Leave

Wonder when I should take my core leave. But I guess I will leave it till end of December to take my core leave and can happy happy joy joy during that time. I really miss holidays man. I wish at times I can take no pay leave and just go and relax. But I guess this wont and cant happen :P

Data Plan in Bakalalan

Data plan dont really work in bakalalan. The data there is just so bad. Anyway the only telco that will work in bakalalan is Maxis as they have 2 or 3 towers there. For the rest like Digi or Celcom sorry for you guys as you dont even have a line there. Anyway even when I am standing beside the towers, my data plan is really bad and at times I cannot even send the msg. I tried to upload a photo when I was there and it was really difficult and the line kept on dropping. But those times when I get to uploade the pictures means I was really lucky to get the signal.

Where Is My USD 20?

It knowledge told me that they will be giving me USD20 gift card but till today even with follow up's I still have yet to receive my USD20. If I receive my USD20, I wont need to pay USD20 for my Targus bag shipment. Sigh. I guess maybe I will give up home on my USD20

We Need Rain

We really need a lot of rain to flood the dams and also to clear the haze and to make the air fresh once again. It has been really too hot last couple of months and I hope that this dry spell will come to an end really really soon.

Friend Get Award Part 2

Another of my friend got best individual award again and her team also got the best performance team award when they are not performing. Why I say they are not performing? Their application is so "good" that in the server the result is shown A and the application will show B. How good is that? I know that before my friend resign from the company, on a daily he will blast that application and also the developers but yet they still win award. Yeah this time is their kind that won the award again. So I guess next time I will create some stupid application and maybe I will win an award too.

Friend Get Award Part 1

A friend of mine for my team suddenly win Q1 award and when I congratulated her, she was actually shocked and I asked her what she done to win the award and she too didn't know. I guess now my boss is giving awards the juniors so that they wont leave. But guess what? It is not working and it is starting to be unfair. Those others who are performing are getting nothing too. I still remember that last year I teach the juniors stuff, I lead in some of the things and yet the 2011 award went to another junior. What I am saying is that efforts are not recognize and I forsee that is due to color too.
